About Me: Satya Sandhu
I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor, Life Coach, EFT practitioner and a qualified Supervisor. My approach to counselling is integrative as I like to bring together different approaches to fit my client’s needs. This provides me with suitable strategies to help with each individual to work through their struggles whilst enabling them to find their potential.
I have worked with bereavement and loss and have frequently worked with grief complicated by the type of loss, for example suicide or murder. In my private practice and as a College and University Centre counsellor, I have considerable experience with anxiety, stress, depression, low mood, relationship separation, PTSD, trauma, abuse and its many forms, health problems, redundancy, life crisis and building self-resilience including issues of self-worth. My experience includes all walks of life and working with people on the ASD spectrum. I am accredited with the NCS and registered with the BACP and AITCP.
As a Psychotherapeutic Coach and Counsellor, I can help you to manage your emotions and the problems affecting your well-being from spiralling out of control. I can help you to set goals and to manage them with personalised smart targets reflecting on processes that work for you, building resilience, adaptability and acceptance of change and uncertainty. We will work together to dismantle any barriers to your successes and unlock hidden strengths within you to reach your targets. The fusion of counselling with coaching enables me to go to depths needed to help you feel whole, safe and able to cope and manage your life again.
